Built-in 2007, it doesn’t get much better than Emerald Beach Resort! This modern, luxurious property boasts incredible views and offers a wonderful variety of amenities. Emerald Beach sits on 1000 feet of gulf-front property and is located centrally for easy access to all areas of the beach. On top of this resort is within walking distance of Pier Park, the walkover from the north side of Front Beach Rd. to the beach side features the well-known Sky Bar. You also have 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a tiki bar, a full-service Starbucks, a fitness center, and a 10,000 sqft convention center.

Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers, or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.
Shipwreck Island is less than 2 miles away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop, or the White-knuckle Rapids.

"We were vacation rental skeptics who were beyond thankful for this unit. Clean, up to date and a welcomed unit to make - This was our first time giving a vacation rental by an owner a try. We were thrilled to walk in and right away each member of the family was saying how nice the place was. And this unit being on the second floor gave us easy access to walk the steps to the beach.
We were impressed that there was enough toilet paper and paper towels to get us through the week comfortably. Some friends were in units on the premises with other rentals and they were running low after just two days. We really appreciated not having to shop right away for paper products!
The dishwasher seemed to be having trouble."

"My family enjoyed our stay. The second floor balcony had great views and easy access to the pool and beach; perfect for a grandma and two small grandchildren. The staff and other guests were very friendly and it was a welcoming family atmosphere; kiddos loved the splash pool. The unit clearly explained all the wonderful amenities and services. It would be nice to have some beach chairs in the unit or a discount for the umbrella rentals as the rentals do cover most of the beach. If you get down there early, you can put up your own umbrella. I would definitely come again!"
