"We had a wonderful stay with the most amazing view. You can’t beat convenience while at the beach. The water is a short walk from the back door. The location was great as well. The area is a little closer to the “local” side and had great restaurants close by. We had a little issue with the AC, but Johnathan was quick to respond and got maintenance out to fix the problem. For the people who complained about “few amenities” I’m not real sure what they expect out of an Airbnb. The place supplies enough to get you through the week. We will definitely will be staying here again."

"We had 4 adults in our party. We all enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. It was a perfect location for a quiet restful beach stay. Very clean throughout the condo. Comfy beds, we all slept well. Plenty of hooks in the bathroom which was very thoughtful. Grocery stores and restaurants were very close. "This condo (#106) is super nice and beautifully decorated for such a reasonable price! Being able to walk right out the back sliding door onto the beach was perfect for a stress free walk or making a quick trip inside for lunch. The condo's cleanliness exceeded our expectations, kitchen was set up well, and we felt very safe in the complex and on the beach area around it. "Awesome condo and Real Joy was awesome to work with! - This condo was everything it said it was in the description and the pictures are spot on. There is no better access to the beach in Panama City! You drive right up to your door with easy access to unload. Turn to the left and the pool is right there. Walk out the back sliding door, which were all new and worked great, and you are standing on the beach! Which by the way was very less crowded than other spots in Panama City. The condo has all the amenities you could possibly need. The condo is very modern, clean and up to date. The beds were also extremely comfortable. My trip was cut short due to the mandatory evacuation from Hurricane Michael, but Real Joy refunded my money from the nights I did not get to stay. I read where some other places did not. I will definitely be booking this condo again and when I visit the Destin or Fort Walton area, I will certainly be booking with Real Joy. You cannot go wrong with this condo in any way!"

"LOOOVVVED IT!!!! - We had 5 adults and 5 kids and it was the PERFECT place for us! Steps from the beach, literally.....like, right out your own back door! Steps to the pool! Short drive to all the wonderful places in town. Being directly on the beach was perfect for us, with all the kids! We didn’t have to load everything up and transport....we just waked right out. The unit itself is VERY nicely upgraded! Plenty of room. Comfortable furniture. The views from all 3 balconies are AMAZING. The management team is very responsive and easy to work with. I have only nice things to say about our stay here! I hope we get to return soon. IF you are like me and have looked at a thousand different properties and now you are looking at this one, just book it! Trust me. Our family loved it."

"Amazing property! Unbelievable beach view and access! Dream vacation with lots of privacy and peace! - This condo is very nice with updated decor and amenities! We will choose this unit every time!! It is super spacious, right on the beach, with beach views from three floors! We loved the decks off of the master, the 2nd floor bedroom and the patio on the ground level! He kitchen is spacious and well equipped, and enables food prep to be done with a beach view and while remaining a part of family life in the living areas. We used the grill multiple times. It definitely felt like all the comforts of home in the beautiful beach surrounding of a residential complex without the crowds of resort areas! I cannot say enough about this place! It is stunning and lives up to all expectations!!"
