"Unit 1605 in the palazzo has beautiful beach front views. Parking garage always had open spots. No wait for the elevator. The pictures are exactly what we arrived to. Everything was clean. Instructions were easy. Our keypad died to get into our condo and they had maintenance to me within 30 minutes(this is quick with the amount of traffic in the area for the holiday weekend.) This type of responsive was incredible. The facility was close to stuff. There is a lot of construction in PCB, and traffic, but with good timing it wasn’t too terrible. Check out instructions were very easy."

"Peace and Serenity - The condo fit perfectly to my purpose which was a solo trip seeking peace and relaxation. I am a Writer on a mission to complete a novel and I was able to get a lot of work done. I normally don't stay up that high because of my fear of heights, however I was able to disregard it. "We found a new yearly Destination! - My overall impression is perfection. We travel with 3 kids all under the age of 10. Did I mention all girls? So for any similar travelers with the same situation. This property worked out great! Nice open living room with great kitchen! But the view was the best feature. The clear waters of Panama and white beaches were just awesome! We woke up every morning with our coffee and a view. We seen dolphins, sea turtles and fish of all sorts from the 16th floor!
But this condo was everything plus more. Convenient parking, close to everything and just wonderful beaches. Not crowded at all. The bunk beds were big enough to fit 3 small kids. Our 3 year old and 6 year old shared the bottom bunk and our 10 year old got the top bunk. Direct access to the beach and really nice pool area with hot tub.
This will be one of the first reviews I leave with a perfect score. Thank you so much! We will see you again soon."

"Amazing views! - This unit was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and tidy and had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable getaway. The views from the balcony were amazing we saw dolphins, sea turtles, and baby rays almost every day. The pool is cleaned daily and was my son's favorite part of the stay. We walked to the pier and pier park and had no shortage of activities. I definitely recommend. The one draw back was our neighbor to the right, I understand that this is one of those things you can't control but good Lord who goes to the beach to argue and fight?We were woken up multiple days around 4am to listen to neighbors argue and then if we happened to be on our balconies at the same time the huge puffs of smoke were a bit overwhelming. Like I said you can't pick your neighbors and with that exception everyone else was very respectful and quite."

"We will return - This was the perfect spot for my family. This condo did not disappoint! Views were breathtaking, amenities and beach access were unbeatable. The grocery shop is close and convenient. We did need to grab laundry detergent and only had salt and pepper to use as spices, but we still thoroughly enjoyed and look forward to coming back. "Better than expected - This place is perfect. It’s on the less busy side of PCB. There is a grocery store, CVS, and liquor store right across the street. The elevator is as they say “fastest in PCB”. The condo was stocked with everything you would need for cooking as well as having plenty of linens. Having chairs on the beach was a nice touch too."

"Great place to stay - View is amazing. The condo was clean and well kept. It is very spacious. Plenty of room for a family of four, 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. I thought the bunk beds would be in the hall, but they are in their own little room with a bathroom. Elevator is super fast. Excellent view of the ocean from the pool deck. Parking is a little difficult with a large vehicle in the parking deck, but you can park in the open lot across the street. Nice quiet part of the beach, but close to places to eat and pier park. The bench chairs were an excellent amenity! I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful condo with breathtaking views! - We really enjoyed and LOVED our stay here. The condo had everything we could possibly need. Very clean and beautifully furnished.
The free beach chairs are definitely a plus! Never had to wait in line for elevators. Covered parking available, but we had a larger vehicle that was easy to park across the street in parking lot only for palazzo guests. We felt very safe and secure here. Never had to worry about anything. Owner, Susan, is amazing and responds quickly. Very close to restaurants, grocery store, and entertainment. Will only stay here for our future trips to PCB.

"Great condo on the beach! - This is our second time in this complex and first time in this condo. The complex is on the smaller side and is extremely well-kept, including the pool/hot tub area. Parking is in the same building so you only have to take the elevator to the condo. The condo itself was immaculate and had everything you needed if you wanted to cook in. The only thing missing was a hair dryer or at least I couldn't find it. The balcony is large and has great views of the beach and the sunset. All of the communication with the owner was great and I would highly recommend this condo if you are planning a trip to the area. Thanks for having us in your lovely home."

"My wife and I have been telling our friends and relatives how large and well furnished it was. - This is not your normal run of the mill condo. It's very large, well furnished, and so nice. It's on the 16th floor but the elavators have got to be the fastest on the beach. The property is well maintained. You feel secure at all times. Parking even on the 4th July was absolutely no problem. Did I mention coverd parking.(Nice) There was no loud obnoxious music or people. Family oriented and friendly people. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality, secure, quiet place to stay. Don't look any further."

"Great top unit with responsive owners. - Third stay in this building and first for this unit. Top unit is modern and was everything we expected it to be. The kitchen was stocked with the right amount of plates, bowels, and tools ect. On the 3rd day the electronic door lock stopped working and when I called the owner was on site within a hour and they had it replaced. They always answered all my questions prior to arrival and having the beach service included was a great service and makes for a much smoother vacation.
Thanks Again, Tell the unit owner next door thanks for all the groceries. He was leaving when we arrived and shared all of his left over stuff in the refrigerator instead of throwing them out. Really nice of him."

"Great Stay at Palazzo - This was my family's 4th stay at Palazzo. We have 3 kids and a 1 bedroom with bunks is really perfect. Including friend's rooms we have been in probably 10 different units at Palazzo and this is the nicest and most importantly cleanest unit. We could tell the owner takes a personal interest and that started at booking and finished with security deposit refunded on same day as checkout---in past taken several days to a couple weeks. You will have no complaints about this unit. Well equipped..AND CLEAN...which is very important. This is an upper floor unit that gives you a great view. TV's high quality and good wifi. Free beach chairs another added bonus. I would highly recommend this unit and we love Palazzo. "

"Great Vacation - This was our 1st time booking a condo through VRBO. We have stayed at the Palazzo several times and this was by far the nicest unit. Everything was clean and in working order. It was great to be able to go straight to your condo and program your own code into the door key. Loved the fast elevators. "Great Rental! - When we first considered renting via the internet, we were leery. We checked out this unit and felt it would fill our needs for the week. We were very excited when we arrived to find that this unit as well as the Palazzo was well above our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. It seems much larger in person because of the high ceilings as well as the wall of windows facing the gulf. It was clean and the appliances and televisions were better than our own home. The kitchen had every known cooking utensil you would need. The elevators were extremely fast(we were on the 16th floor) and the view was gorgeous. We were within walking distance to the shops at the Pier Park. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family and hopefully plan on returning in the future."

This condo is well furnished and is clean with a nice supply of everything.
Eric is accessible and helpful as is John. I loved the decor. Loved every room!

"Helen - Ontario, Canada - Rented this unit for the month of November 2010. Facilities were excellent and convenient and John and Eric were great to deal with. My husband and I love the location and find attractions and shops, etc. conveniently close by. The unit was clean and the description and fotos are an accurate representation."

"Loved this unit. - I stayed here end of Sept. and found this unit to be beautiful. I loved the fact that you can program your own 'code' into the door key.....don't have to worry with keys or their codes. The condo was very clean, nice furniture and everything you need. Check in was just putting in your code at the parking garage, how simple....and the security made me feel safe since I was by myself.........wonderful vacation!!"

"Great condo, great vacation - We rented this condo for a week beginning Aug 14, 2010. The unit is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, great views, and great location. "P. Lowery - My family stayed at this condo the week of June 12th. The condo is beautiful and very clean. The pictures do not reflect how beautiful the condo, the building and the beaches were. John made it easy to rent and he was very responsive to my inquiry and emails. The ease of using a door code instead of keeping up with a key/key card made it nice too. The building was very quiet too."
